Dr. Jamie is an in-network provider for most insurance plans. As an in-network provider for many PPO insurance plans, we at Sweet Tooth will go above and beyond to maximize your benefits in order to make it even easier for you to take care of your child’s teeth. As an added service to our patients who have dental PPO plans, we will confirm your dental benefit coverage for your procedure and submit claims on your behalf. Make sure to bring your insurance card to your first appointment for more timely insurance reimbursement purposes.
Zero Interest Financing
For treatments that are not covered by dental insurance or you cannot pay the full amount for necessary dental procedures, we have a solution. Sweet Tooth Kids Dentistry is a member of CareCredit. Care Credit offers options of low to no-interest finance options. Offering payment plans with no surprise fees, you can feel more comfortable about giving our team the green light to move forward with your child’s dental care.
Sweet Tooth Membership Plan
The Kids Dental Practice membership dental plan is an in-house membership plan designed to help those without dental insurance save on their child’s dental care. Members get complete coverage for their child’s routine preventive care and reduced fees on a large selection of our other services.
We believe in providing affordable dental care combined with excellent service. We don’t think anything should stand in the way of your child having a healthy smile for a lifetime! With our plan, we hope to make it easy for families without dental benefits to fit their child’s oral health care into their budget.
No claim forms, no pre-authorization required, no pre-existing condition limitations, no waiting periods and no deductibles.
Benefits
As a member, the dental services your child will receive annually includes:
- Examinations (2 per year)
- Cleanings (2 per year)
- Varnish Fluoride Treatment (2 per year)
- Emergency Visit (1 per year)
*You’ll also get 45% off our usual fees for treatments including: sealants, fillings, crowns and more! Since there is no yearly maximum, you can enjoy the benefits all year long. Discount does not apply to products & whitening treatments.
Enrollment
Your child’s membership starts as soon as your application is accepted and lasts for 12 months.
Please note: Discounts are only available at The Kids Dental Practice. All member co-payments are due at the time of service.
Babies until 3 years old:
$200
a year, per child
Children 3 years & older:
$295
a year, per child
- Each additional child until 3 years old: $200 per year.
- Each additional child, 3 years and older: $250 per year.
